Erin is a North Carolina native and founder of Basinger Law, PLLC. She began Basinger Law in 2023 to pursue her passions in entertainment, business and intellectual property law and help NC and NY residents protect their creative and professional work. As the only attorney at the firm she takes great pride in getting to know her clients’ needs and works diligently to provide informed and professional counsel in all of her practice areas.
